How We Do What We Do

Curious about our process? Let's pull back the curtain.

  • Before We Begin

    A Series of Meetings

We like to start off on the right foot, the same page, with a mutual understanding of what we do and what you need. That means before we start any work we've probably had a few meetings. The first meeting is usually a discovery of sorts where we just want to listen. We want to know what makes your business tick, what your pain points are, what areas of your digital footprint you'd like to keep in house (if any), and what areas you struggle with. What do your analytics look like? Where is your traffic coming from? Where do you make the most sales? In your physical store? Let's get people there. From online requests for a quote? Let's figure out how to get more of those. Maybe it's from phone calls? We have a strategy for that.

After our first meeting, we'll take all that information and create a scope of work filled with services we're sure will benefit your business the most and devoid of services that are just fluff (those are more work for us and more expensive for you). We'll follow up with another meeting to present that scope of work, agree upon terms, and begin working on everything else on this page.

  • Building Your Home Base

    Your Home on the Web

Having a noticeable online presence is crucial for your small business to succeed. We create responsive websites that will get discovered by your potential customers. We also utilize SEO, Google My Business, social media, e-mail, and anything in between to assure that your business is on the top of search results and on top of people’s minds.

  • Who's the Expert?

    You Know Best

You can be the “go-to” person in your local industry. We create written and digital content to help position your business as a trusted source within your community. The more trust people have in you, the better your business will be. Blogs, videos, and motion graphics are a few examples of the types of content that we’ll create for you.

  • Where are all your friends?

    Who's Listening?

In 2019, social media is an effective outlet for building a community around your business. We want to build engagement around your business while navigating the changing landscape of social media. We’ll publish relevant content and help you create a two-way relationship with your customers.

  • What if it's not working?

    We adjust.

How do we know that what we’re doing is growing your business? We use analytics to see what’s working and what’s not. By tracking analytics, we can optimize what’s working, improve what can be better, and nix what’s not working.
